Successful Igeho 2025: Rex-Royal looks back on Swiss coffee expertise and innovative machine concepts
Rex-Royal AG, Swiss manufacturer of premium fully automatic coffee machines, looks back on a successful Igeho in Basel. The company impressed trade visitors with the presentation of its comprehensive, proven portfolio, the much-discussed innovations in the CoffeeLab and the expansion of its range with Sanremo portafilter machines. The presentation reinforced Rex-Royal's role as a competent coffee partner for the HORECA industry.

Dällikon, November 2025 – Rex-Royal AG looks back on a successful participation in Igeho in Basel, which took place from 15 to 19 November 2025. At stand A106 in hall 1.0, the company held many exciting discussions with customers and interested parties and used the platform for a valuable exchange with the entire industry.
‘Igeho was a complete success for us. It was great to meet so many of our Swiss customers and partners in person and to maintain close contact with them. These discussions are essential for our work, because only through direct exchange with our customers and by working together as a team can we continuously improve our products and develop the best solutions for the market,’ summarises Philipp Zindel, Head of Marketing & Sales at Rex-Royal AG.
The focus of the exhibition stand was on the comprehensive portfolio of fully automatic coffee machines, developed and produced in Dällikon. Visitors were able to see for themselves the performance of the Swiss models, which ranged from the compact S1 to the versatile S2 and the universal S300 to the high-performance S500. Special attention was also paid to the S500 HS coffee machine, which is specially tailored to the high demands of hospitals and care homes.
A central attraction was Rex-Royal's CoffeeLab. Here, the company presented its innovative concept machines and provided a space for discussions about research and development. Many visitors showed great interest in the visions for the future and provided valuable feedback on the studies, which are aimed at maximising quality and efficiency.
The presentation was rounded off by the Sanremo Corner. As a trading partner for Switzerland and southern Germany, Rex-Royal presented Sanremo's semi-automatic portafilter machines, which ideally complement its own portfolio. The company thus underlined its ability to offer HORECA businesses flexible complete solutions – from fully automatic high-performance solutions to traditional portafilter culture – and to provide technical support for these solutions. Igeho confirmed that Rex-Royal AG has further strengthened its position as a supplier of ‘Swiss Coffee Machines’.
