The focus is on systems that ensure consistent beverage quality, simplify processes, and significantly reduce operational effort in daily business. With the fully automatic S3 and the CoffeeLab models E⋅01 and E⋅02, Rex-Royal demonstrates how efficiency and quality can be successfully combined.
Dällikon, April 2026 – Rex-Royal, Swiss manufacturer of professional coffee machines, will showcase its latest developments for the international coffee market at the World of Coffee Asia in Bangkok. The focus is on solutions for roasters, coffee shops, hospitality businesses, and distributors who prioritize consistent quality, efficient workflows, and scalable concepts.
A highlight of the exhibition is the Rex-Royal S3. This fully automatic coffee machine has been designed for flexible use in both attended and unattended concepts. It ensures consistently high beverage quality regardless of the operator, while simultaneously reducing training requirements.
The integrated automatic grinder calibration continuously adjusts the grind size, ensuring stable extraction results even with changing beans or environmental conditions. The high-performance brewing unit processes up to 30 grams of coffee per brew, offering maximum flexibility for a wide range of beverage concepts. This is complemented by an intuitive user interface via a large 13-inch touchscreen, simplifying and accelerating workflows.
With the E⋅01 and E⋅02 models, Rex-Royal also presents the latest developments from its in-house CoffeeLab. Both systems are designed to combine traditional barista processes with modern automation.

Rex-Royal E·01 • is aimed at concepts that value craftsmanship while benefiting from technical support. As a portafilter hybrid, it enables a classic 2-step process with manual milk preparation.
Rex-Royal E·02 • extends this concept with additional automation: its integrated 1.5-step mode simplifies beverage preparation by automating milk dispensing. This increases preparation speed and ensures reproducible results, particularly in high-volume environments or operations with frequently changing staff.
