In Hall 3.0 at Stand 45, the company demonstrates how innovative technology addresses specific requirements in the hospitality industry.
Efficient Self-Service with Enhanced Variety
A key feature of the exhibition is the Rex-Royal S300 in a self-service configuration. To address the growing demand for dairy alternatives, the machine processes two types of milk – traditional cow’s milk and oat milk. An integrated flavor module allows for a wide array of specialty beverages at the touch of a button, ensuring high quality in self-service environments.
Versatility for Attended Service
For bakeries and cafés, Rex-Royal presents the compact S2 designed for attended service. Equipped with the PowerSteam automatic steam wand, the machine showcases its ability to prepare more than just coffee. Specialty drinks such as Matcha Latte and Chai Tea Latte highlight the machine’s versatility for modern beverage menus.
Optimized Barista Workflows
Furthermore, the combination of the Sanremo D8 PRO traditional machine and the Rex-Royal XMd fresh milk unit will be on display. This setup handles two milk types and features PowerSteam, providing maximum flexibility and streamlined operations for baristas who prioritize both efficiency and excellence.
