Rex-Royal at Igeho: Swiss coffee expertise meets barista culture and future concepts for HORECA professionals
Rex-Royal AG, Swiss manufacturer of premium fully automatic coffee machines, invites catering and hotel businesses from Switzerland and southern Germany to Igeho in Basel (15 to 19 November 2025). In Hall 1.0, Stand A106, the company will be presenting its proven portfolio of Swiss-made products, which stand for maximum reliability. The presentation will be complemented by an exclusive Sanremo Corner with a barista and the pioneering CoffeeLab area. Rex-Royal will thus demonstrate its comprehensive expertise in coffee supply – from fully automatic high-performance solutions to traditional portafilter culture.
Dällikon, October 2025 – Rex-Royal AG announces its participation in Igeho in Basel, which will take place from 15 to 19 November 2025. In Hall 1.0, Stand A106, the company will present its entire range of fully automatic coffee machines manufactured in Switzerland, which are specially designed to meet the requirements of the catering and hotel industry.
The centrepiece of the exhibition stand is Rex-Royal's current portfolio. These machines, developed and produced in Dällikon, stand for Swiss coffee excellence: maximum output, outstanding reliability and durable components. The company will demonstrate flexible, modular solutions ranging from compact machines for smaller businesses to high-performance fully automatic machines for maximum capacity – all of which are revenue generators that guarantee the highest beverage quality with minimal maintenance.

Extended coffee expertise at the Sanremo Corner
This year, Rex-Royal is also integrating its own Sanremo Corner into its exhibition stand. As a trading partner for Switzerland and southern Germany, the company is presenting Italian portafilter machines that ideally complement its own portfolio. Trade visitors will have the opportunity to consult with a barista at the corner and experience traditional espresso culture live. The combination of Swiss fully automatic machines and Italian portafilter expertise offers HORECA businesses maximum flexibility in designing their coffee concepts.
A glimpse into the future at the CoffeeLab
Rex-Royal's CoffeeLab at Igeho is a newly created space for exchange and discussion about innovations. It offers an opportunity to talk about research and development and gather valuable feedback that will be incorporated into future product design. The concept studies E·01 and E·02, which focus on maximising quality and efficiency, will be presented:
E·01: A concept fully automatic machine that combines the tradition of the portafilter with fully automatic expertise, including individually adjustable brewing temperatures and the world's first automatically height-adjustable portafilter brewing head.
E·02: This concept machine demonstrates the efficiency of the 1.5-step concept, in which coffee and hot or warm frothed milk can be dispensed simultaneously via two separate spouts.
